I want to congratulate you on the excellent business model you have created at Raines Construction. In these current times it seems everything is a struggle and complicated, so it was such a pleasure to experience a business that payed attention to every detail along the way, kept in constant communication, offered guidance along the process and delivered an excellent product.
Your onsite work crew did an amazing job on the build. Their attention to all the build details was so refreshing to witness and gave me confidence that I hired the right company. Besides their excellence in the build, the work crew were all polite, respectful, hardworking and informative during the build process.
So refreshing to see these days.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone for their building needs.
Again, great job on such an outstanding business model!

Dear Don:
This letter it to commend you and your crew for the work you completed for us this past summer. We are very pleased with the pole building you constructed on our property.
We appreciate several things about the way you managed the project. First of all, the work was completed on schedule. Second, you and your crew demonstrated a lot of pride in your work, as evidence by the quality of the construction. We have received many positive comments from neighbors and friends on both the design and on the structural soundness of the building. Inside and out, the building is attractive and at the same time, very functional. The suggestions you made during the design phase really helped us settle on something that would serve our needs for years to come.
We should also mention that we appreciate your responsiveness when we has questions or concerns during the construction phase. Phone calls were returned promptly. Your willingness to take the time to discuss any concerns we had was very important to us. Last but not least, your crew was similarly responsive and helpful when they were working on site. Please thank them for their patience with our six year old son and his many questions and comments.
If any of your potential customers would like to view the building you constructed for us, please feel free to bring them by our property. We also would be happy to serve as a reference for you. Thank you for a job well done.
